We’re pleased to be providers for CareCredit©. As an outside lending agency, Care Credit can finance your dental treatment with low monthly payments.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Dental Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file for most insurance carriers. We collect your estimated portion at the time of service and bill your insurance directly.
We also accept Oklahoma SoonerCare (Children only).
Tulsa Dental Center does not currently accept Oklahoma SoonerCare for Adult patients.

With your Patient Care Plan there are:

PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATION
This is a discount plan, not an insurance plan..
It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with other discounts
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For services for injuries covered under workman’s compensation
- For treatment, which in sole opinion of the treating dentist or doctor, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- For costs of dental care which is covered under automobile medical
This plan is only honored at Tulsa Dental Center. This dental discount plan is not an insurance plan that can be used with any other dental office.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
This is a discount plan, not an insurance plan..
It cannot be used:
- There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan
- NON-REFUNDABLE
- No refunds or premiums will be issued at any time if
participant decides not to utilize dental plan
